In June of 2005, Ooooh Sticky & the Greasy Pigs made a reunion gig at the Pennabilli Buskers Festival in Italy. After 12 years the original line-up all got together and as usual performed without any practicing at all.
The song was about all the gangs and crack in Chicago. I think it was written in 1985 with my friend Jim Abrams from Cincinnati.
I play a little tiny Greek six string bazuoki called a “baglamas” through one of those little tiny mini-Marshall stacks, (the 9 volt ones).
The band that was too great to make it... the band that never practiced!
