After years of trying every video format possible and many titles, I've decided to put all my videos on YouTube. There's quite a few of them.
If you want to keep a higher quality video you can download the Quicktime movie to keep in MP4 format. If you're like me and have a lousy internet connection I'll sell you a very nice high quality DVD with many extras here.
